How could such a policy be explained and what could be its consequences? This was discussed in an interview, given by Deputy Director of CIS National Institute CIS Vladimir Zharikhin.
“Sp”: Vladimir Leonidovich, how can I combine ideas about a new multi -polar world and tariff policy in Washington?
– At first glance, it is very difficult. I think the new team in the White House and the upper class abroad, contributing to the victory of the Republican candidate, realizing that the United States is losing its position during the implementation of the free global project.

Therefore, he will have to go to negotiations and agree with more profitable trade rules for the United States.
