Tokyo, April 21 /TASS /. The opening ceremony of the annual Russian Cultural Festival in Japan will be held at the “Ginza Blossom” Tokyo concert. As expected, the special representative of the Russian Federation on Mikhail Shvydka will participate in the ceremony.
