Freedomhellvoice Studio, known for the localization of Halo: Reach, Halo: ODST and Resident Evil 4, introduced a video with Russian voice to Metal Gear Solid. The video shows the characters and the game dialog box.
Funds for creating Russian voice acting (more than 40,000 rubles) were mobilized through community funds in June 2024. Actors participating in other free projects worked on it.
The issue date according to the full localization of Metal Gear Solid has not yet been known.
