Linus Tech tips called Ryzen 5 7500F are a new leader among budget processors for gamers.
According to him, this chip is not only cheaper than Ryzen 7 5700x3D, proposed earlier, but no less in performance – especially to the more modern AM5 platform, providing reserves for the future.
In tests with RTX 4090 video cards, RTX 4070 Super and RTX 4060 processor show great results. Pares from RTX 4090 on FullHD and even in 4K Ryzen 5 7500F often surpassed Ryzen 7 5700x3D, and with RTX 4060 resolution is 1440p, suddenly the price of Ryzen 7 9800x3D.
Ryzen 5 7500F is a simplified version of Ryzen 5 7600 without graphics built and with smaller buffers, but has the same high frequency.
It is great for cheap councils, especially the available motherboards according to AM5. Linus also mentioned Ryzen 5 8400F as a more affordable option.
