Kazakhstan Fnatastic Company initiated a trial against Yakutia.info's editor at the Yakutia referee court due to the fact that journalists called the closed Yakut game the day before. It is reported by DTF.

Declaring the claim that two published documents have ruined the business reputation of the developers from Yakut's FNTASTIC Studio. The plaintiff also decided to challenge the statements in which the game was called Muslim fraud and claimed that its mechanisms were borrowed from other projects.
The basis for filing a lawsuit is a language study, which confirms that the manifestations in publications negatively affect the reputation of the company. Font Fontastic requires removing articles and apologies, but the publication refused to resolve conflicts in the order of money.
However, the publication has replaced from the fraud of Muslims with confusion and words adjustment, but this does not satisfy the representatives of Muslim fonts. The parties are preparing for the next procedures in the Court.
Previously, Fontastic was based in Yakutsk, where she was entitled to significant support to the local government, but later transferred her activities to Central Asia. The company was criticized after the release was unsuccessful in the previous day in December 2023, when after only four days, the studio announced the closing.
