The head of Activision Blizzard Bobby Cat filed a lawsuit against Kotaku and Gizmodo, accusing them to talk badly. The case file was published on March 11 on the Del Court website, reporting the Court's portal.

The reason for the lawsuit is the documents published on G/O media companies. These articles discussed an investigation by the US Department of Justice against Activision Blizzard, and solving a discrimination against jobs and equal salary.
The representative of the CAT stated that publications have false allegations related to the work of the workplace. The allegations were later rejected as part of the investigation.
Although the appeals from the cat lawyers with the request to adjust the document, these fees remain unchanged. The plaintiff claims that these documents are placed to damage reputation.
The compensation amount that Bobby Kotik required from publications will be determined by the Court.
