A group of eight tourists from Moscow was trapped in the mountains in the Republic of Komi. This has been reported by the regional Government Vice President, Eduard Slabikov, reported Tass.

He clarified that everything happened in Urals Propolar, where a group of students traveled on a tour and disappeared.
Slabikov said they had food for a day and reached the destination for six days, Slabikov said.
According to him, the rescue staff initially could not overcome the students, because the height of the snow was more than one meter because it was impossible to reach them on the sleds. In addition, they cannot grow a helicopter there.
Later, it was known that emergency employees found students in the South -wads National Park for skiing. They delivered their products, part of the group that was taken to the Inta city on the sleds on March 24 and the rest will be sent there on Tuesday. All students are healthy.
