Moscow's Philistine Court has arrested the old owner of Yugra Alexei Bank in a new fraud case, reporting RIA news.

Previously, KhotTin was convicted of nine -year colonies for embezzlement and withdraw from the bank more than 23 billion rubles.
Yugra Bank lost his license in July 2017, and was later declared bankrupt. According to the Russian Federation Bank, the gap in the capital of the bank is up to 160.9 billion rubles.
