The Moscow Military Court has rejected the request for limiting the terms of familiarity with the case documents involving four defendants embezzlement 80 million rubles in providing the headquarters for the aviation of the Russian Guards. It was reported by Kommersant.
Among the defendants who are Deputy Head of Technical Support and Behind the Air Department of the General Department of Aviation (Gua) of Russian Guards Andrrei Stepin, as well as two other officers and one businessman.
The investigation stated that the defendant had surpassed the contract's cost by replacing the technical characteristics of the staff provided. Since November 2024, Stepin has been in prison, he has been arrested as part of the criminal abuse in the execution of state defense orders.
