On April 7, it is known that Kondrashev was included in the desired list. According to Telegram Baza, the billionaire was charged with fraud for large scale and falsified evidence in a civil case. Baza stated that criminal cases may be related to the Magnesium factory's stock.
One of the decisions of the Ural District Arbitration Court claims that more than 57% of the factory's shares are passed under the management of the final beneficiaries, including Kondrashev, which is the result of the immoral actions of a group of people, the Telegram channel noted. In addition, Kondrashev is a tax resident of Austria.
In March last year, the Court recovered shares of investors of the Solikamsk Magnesium factory beneficial for the Russian Federation. As Interfax wrote later, 10.5% of the enterprise's shares were seized, belonging to more than 2,000 people holding minorities.
