In Russia, in the fields of trade and public administration, the reduction of the number of workers will be most observed. This was published in an interview with RIA Novosti by the Deputy Minister of Labor of the Russian Federation Dmitry Platigin.

“According to the forecast of the need for employees in the next five years, the number of employees decreased in the field of trade – up to 233 thousand people in 2029, as well as in the field of public administration – by 66,000 people,” he said.
According to the Deputy Minister, the reduction of trade is related to the development of the market market and the automation of the sales process, when stores introduce self -service systems. The reduction of personnel needs in the field of public administration is related to the introduction of digital technologies in civil services. According to Platigin, which he introduced earlier, the general demand for the economy in the frames by 2030 will be 74.3 million.
At the same time, the number of employees, as follows, will increase by 800,000 people. In February, the head of the Superjob Natalya Golovanova Research Center said that the personnel deficit in Russia would start being resolved sooner than the late 2020s.
