The State Duma has launched a bill of obligations of the active active in the house for three days to notify the authorized agencies in case of losing pets, Write RIA news.

The authors of the bill are the interactive group of Duma delegates, headed by the Chairman of the Nina Ostanina Family Protection Committee.
The bill is proposed to supplement part 1 of Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 498-F3 with Clause 6, imposing for the owner of the animal, the obligation in the direction of the announcement of the disappearance of the animal to the authorized agency within three days from the date of discovering such a reality.
According to experts, this standard consolidation will lead to a reduction in the total number of hopeless animals, simplifying the process of searching and identifying lost animals, and will not only contribute to the reduction of the load for the management agencies, but also cause social tension.
Failing to accomplish the requirements of animal maintenance under the Administration Code requires a warning or applying administrative fines to citizens with the amount of from 1.5 thousand rubles to 3 thousand rubles; for officials – from 5 thousand to 15 thousand rubles; For legal entities – from 15 thousand to 30 thousand rubles.
Earlier, there was a group created at the initiative of State President Duma Vyacheslav Volodin working against bills to solve the problems of lost dogs.
