According to Roman Wilfand, the supervisor of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, on April 1, the temperature above the standard level can be set up across Russia.
– In general, the increasing temperature will include the entire territory of the country, according to our calculations. Almost nationwide on April 1, the temperature will be higher than the standard – quote Wilfanda's “Interfax” lyrics.
Therefore, in the coming days, the temperature on the norm is 4-5 degrees expected in the European territory of the country. And in the territory of Krasnoyarsk and in the west of Yakutia, the temperature will be 3-4 degrees higher than the standard.
And only (on April 1), there will be a fireplace in which the temperature near the rated is the territory of Khabarovsk and the east of Yakutia, Mr. Wil Wilfand said.
The warmest weather is predicted in the southern region of Russia's European region.
