This event was organized by the Russian Federal Embassy in the Republic along with the Indian bicycle riding federation. With the sound of the songs of the war years, participants started from the construction of Russian diplomatic missions and driving along the central streets of New Delhi. This action was involved by foreign employees of Russia, compatriots living in India, students of local and Russian universities, representatives of diplomatic and public army, and cultural figures.

The bicycle racket is one of the events held in New Delhi on the night before the victory. Earlier in the Indian capital, a motorbike was held, of which more than 100 motorcyclists were involved. In May, the city was also planned to hold the immortal regiment and stock of St. George Ribbon.
